PAC 12 CONFERENCE MATCHUP

ARIZONA WILDCATS VS OREGON DUCKS (+1.5)

The Arizona Wildcats have been playing less than spectacular their last couple games. They stumble into this matchup winning three straight however two have come by 3 points or less and one took overtime. While their overtime victory against Colorado State was questions. Colorado hit what looked like the game winning buzzer beater, only to be overturned by the referee’s.
It surprises me that with a 12-2 record this season that the Ducks are still outside of the national rankings. If they can pull out a victory at home in this matchup I would expect to see them listed in no time, something I expect them to accomplish in this game tonight. Oregon is shooting better (.467%), passing better (14.3 APG), rebounding better (41.1 RPG) and scoring more per game (77.5 PPG) than this Arizona team. They have the advantage in most statistical categories entering this game, and with the Wildcats stumbling I like the Ducks to take advantage.
The Ducks would like nothing more than for the Wildcats to continue to struggle. In games this season where Oregon has faced ranked opponents they are 1-1 overall (UNLV, Cincinnati). But in both games they held the teams to under a 40% shooting percentage. That wasn’t even at home, where they are a perfect 16-0 in their last 16 games.
